“We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us.”
Joseph Campbell

My work integrates different therapeutic approaches such as the Gestalt Framework, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I believe that therapy can help to reduce psychological distress, strengthen interpersonal relationships and improve one's own quality of life and self-efficacy.

I see the here-and-now as the starting point of therapy, everything we think and feel always happens in the present. We cannot change the past, but we can change the way we look at the past through reflection, dialogue and experience in the here and now; then its effect will change. I see life as a lifelong process of growth. Crises, difficult life circumstances or changes are unavoidable. Growth means appreciating yourself, becoming more spontaneous, more alive and happier.

I see therapy as a relationship where we both work together as equals and where I provide a safe and confidential space to explore whatever you bring to the sessions. I meet clients with curiosity, respect and compassion.
